布羅姆利庭院酒店 (Bromley Court Hotel London)

For a hotel that's promotes this hotel as having had a refurbisment I would say that there is work still to be done. I was booked in for a standard twin cozy room as I was staying by myself really didn't warrant a King Size. Upon arrival I was checked in by their manager he informed me that the hotel was fully booked. I was given my keys and went straight to my room. Upon entering I found the room to be more than substandard. The mattress was lumpy, had to sleep on top of the bed, dirty stained carpet throughout the room, cracked safety glass length approximately 12". I left them a review that evening which followed the manager calling me up to inform me that the room meant for me was now available. I immediately packed and head straight downstairs to collect the keys to my new room. The manager was reluctant to answer my questions when I asked have you actually seen the room you put me into. The manager said he was too busy to check all the rooms, even though I think this hotel has 113 rooms. I was absolutely amazed at this remark, I suggested he then should go and take a look, and said no one should be put in that room in that state. Excited I was going to a new room on my initial view it looked okay definitely on par with a good Premiereinn. After unpacking I started to see that this room too could do with a spruce up and a deep carpet clean at the same time. This hotel manager thought he was clever putting me in a room that had a chevron pattern carpet. A camera never lies Bromley Court Hotel. I've attached pictures of both rooms for you to decide whether this is somewhere you would like to stay. Oh I did think it was initially shadows on the carpet but as you'll see in another picture this carpet too was stained. I have included the beautiful staircase, ceiling and picture making it look very grand. Unfortunately my first room pictures I deleted but are available on Google. The gardens are very beautiful, shame the rooms aren't the same. Think twice before staying at this hotel, save your money.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Bromley Court Hotel, came with my daughter for some time together and we were literally treated like royalty. Cannot wait to bring her back next year!

Good Points: Well located, plenty of parking, decent breakfast, adequate rooms Bad points: EV chargers didn't work and didnt look like they have worked for a long time (one of the reasons I booked the hotel actually), no hot water for a shower so had to endure cold showers, building work right and scaffolding right outside the hotel so noisy

倫敦才十一月就到處都是節日氣氛了 酒店都是聖誕裝飾 出門了發現街頭也到處都是 喜氣洋洋的 酒店還不錯 在倫敦算價格可以的了

服務員態度非常好，酒店升級左我們的房間，花園景觀非常漂亮，亦有提供汽車充電設施，對駕駛電車旅客非常方便

Check-in was seamless and efficient, directions to the room were clear and concise, the room was well equipped with everything you would expect and the beds were very comfortable. You'd expect to pay a lot more for what's on offer here.

A hotel was needed to be near to Dulwich Village and with secure car park for a 2 night stay . This hotel fitted the requirements. Clean , good sized rooms with dressing gowns / slippers and complementary mineral water . Best deal was on 訂房網站

很好的酒店，住的相當舒服，就是地理位置稍微又些偏，不過並不影響住宿體驗 後花園很大，早餐餐廳也非常豪華

Prima hotel. Echte oude Engelse stijl. Prima kamer en prima ontbijt. Er waren feesten beneden dus wel geluid in de kamer. Maar dat hoort wellicht bij kerst.
